POOLS | LANDSCAPING | DESIGN | CONSTRUCTION
When presented with the challenge of designing a landscape to compliment this Cape Cod Style residence a traditional formal design evolved.
Zones of influence have been identified and feature posts have been made focal points of interest as you are directed through the level terraced areas. The grape trellis is an integrated example of how the sites constraints have been utilised to best effect. The end result is a stunning garden achieved by keeping it simple & exercising restraint that transitions from a formal entry to a custom made timber staircase leading to a riverbank turfed area and jetty.
This house was awarded QMBA House of the Year Award (Over-all) and QMBA House of the Year Award in the category $2.0 million and above.
